"We will stay here again - very nice hotel, great staff, amazing location. The only "downside" is it's street parking or valet for $35 - we opted for valet, which worked out great and given other hotels I've stayed at in big cities are charging $40-60 a night for parking, not bad. Ruby restaurant in the hotel was great and convenient for breakfast. The Thai Massage place was excellent as well. Front desk staff and house keeping were all really nice. "

"We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready. We had just flew in from Toronto The staff were very helpful with parking suggestions and where to eat. Our room was very clean. We liked that the hotel is within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing."

"Amazing location, close to everything and walkable. Lots of old world charm and very nice staff. Don't book this place if you don't want to adhere to their dress code -- they make it very clear, and it's part of the charm. The breakfasts and dinner we had at the restaurant were even better than expected. Some of the rooms have been redone, and so have not, so there is a variety of quality there. "Comfortable, spacious room. They had all the amenities you’d need - a stocked kitchen, 2 TV’s, lots of rooms downstairs to hang out, a pool. The room also had both composting AND recycling, which was welcome to see - not everyone bothers. It’s also convenient - very close to the sites, but not right in them middle of everything so it’s quieter. Plus, a great diner downstairs!"
