"I checked in my room, saw cockroaches everywhere. I went back to the front desk to ask for a refund and get out of there. After multiple days they haven’t responded and they won’t give me my refund. Please stay away from this hotel if possible."

"The hotel is conveniently located off I-35 close to shopping and restaurants. It’s about 15 minutes north of UT-Austin. The room layout worked well for us. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchenette was useful except the burners on the stovetop are small and the pans they provided are much bigger. We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature so we either turned off the AC or turned it on until it the room cooled off. It worked well other than that."
