Hotel Dekat The Lost Horizon

"The room smelled horrible, like cat pee, but there was no carpet so I we were thinking it must be the mattress? There was a cigarette burn mark in the blanket and the pillows were tiny, lumpy things. We were unable to tolerate the smell so we checked back out immediately and left to find new lodging. The man behind the counter said he would cancel our reservation, but two weeks later, no refund or communication has come through."

"staffs are very friendly. Good breakfast (including fresh Avocado), though carpet is dirty/very old. Very close to airport."

"The restaurants were top notch and the food was served quickly hot and delicious!"

"Great"

"I believe when a hotel property is undergoing renovations, there should be some type of small discount/incentive for the inconvenience. Doesn't have to be much, maybe a free desert or pastry in the morning. Food for thought!"

"Great service and hotel"

"Overpriced for Syracuse family weekend. This is a $150-$200 room value at best and it was fine for that, but we paid over $650."

"The hotel was excellent. I was unable to use the gym, pool or restaurant because I was there for surgery."

"The room was clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was fresh coffee was good and hot."
