"The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...

"This property was wonderful. They served a delicious free dinner with 3 complimentary drinks and half priced desserts. In the morning we had a great hot breakfast buffet. The staff were all kind and helpful. We found out this is a family owned hotel and it shows in all the details. The bed was comfortable and the room was also nicely decorated. A great stay!!!!"

"This hotel was needing a lot of upgrades. Ice machines broken, people were getting stuck in the elevators, the “free amenities “ they said they were all out of. The little store was empty. The tv was not working and the bed was HORRIBLE, the carpets were frayed… I mean I don’t need fancy but this was not ok. Livable for two days but not worth the money."

"We stay at the Comfort Inn because of their beds. Earlier in the evening, we noticed ants were on our bedside table, and we didn't have any food or drink with us. When we went downstairs for breakfast, there were ants on the countertop. So, we decided to skip breakfast and eat on the road. Not sure if I would stay here again. I hope they fix this issue soon!"

"The room smelled like weed. The floors needed vacuuming, the shower had hair and grime. There was a bracket left in the room from a previous visitor. When I asked for air freshener the staff said they did not have any. Upon checkout I noticed Lysol room spray in a laundry basket in the hallway. Trash in hallways and the exterior of the property. The breakfast was sadly just as disappointing. The only redeemable quality: quiet on a Sunday night and the bed was clean/ comfortable. If visiting...
