Location was great with a lot of shops and restaurants near by. Just under a 20 minute drive from downtown Richmond so I was able to enjoy a quality hotel for a more reasonable rate and parking included. The room was clean, minimal wear and tear, and a friendly staff. They were more than happy to provide extra bottles of water. Would definitely recommend for travelers of all types.

The lobby is great, updated and plenty of spaces for groups to sit and socialize. The king room itself was good and shower was roomy but I’m not a fan of the rolling barn-door on bathroom. It didn’t have a stopper so door came out of track if rolled too fast, plus the frosted glass + track gap is annoying if you’re sharing room. The bed pillows were down (?) and too soft/flat for my liking. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodated our request for room location.

The staff was friendly the hotel was clean. Our room was a little dusty, the bathroom sink had a crack in it, the toilet tank cover did not fit properly , and the bed was so hard my back ached the next day. It was convient to shopping and restaurants. Im glad I only stayed for one night.
