We switched to this hotel after feeling uncomfortable in the area of our original booking, and we’re really glad we did. While it was a little farther out from Richmond than we had planned, the area felt much safer and the overall experience was far more comfortable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a much better atmosphere for our team.

Service and room were great overall. Person above us was a little loud as they seemed to be exercising. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

The entire hotel is run down. The hotel smelled bad. The sheets on the bed were threadbare. It looked like someone had thrown up on the bathroom wall and they didn’t manage to completely clean it up. The staff were all friendly. That was the only positive. I will never stay there again. It was reasonably priced and I stayed only one night. If I had booked a second night I would not have stayed.

The stay was okay. The person that checked me in was not friendly. The towels in the bathroom were not good it felt like you were drying off with a wet towel. The breakfast was good and the person taking care of it was friendly.
