"The room and design was lovely. Bar really nice. Downside was sound travel from next door room and payment for sauna required so not really an amenity. Towels could do with a refresh. They are a little grey. If you like design led hotels this is great a really unique place. "

"From even before our arrival Nicolas messaged me to give information. At the suites he welcomed us and showed the suite with explanation of every amenities and also described the building history. Just amazing to live in a building from the 14th century, but with all the modern appliances you have in your own home. It is a fusion from the mediaeval times to the present day and it works like I've never seen before! Top score! 10/10"

"Zeer tevreden met de overnachting. We gingen naar de Opera en wilde graag een nachtje blijven slapen. Aangezien het Operagebouw tegenover het hotel ligt, was dat ideaal! We vonden het vreemd dat de deuren van het hotel niet meteen opende, je moet namelijk aanbellen of een code ingeven die je krijgt bij het inchecken. De receptie is op de 6e verdieping. Kamer is klein maar voldoende. Ontbijt had veel keuze en ook staat er naast de receptie een grote kan water en een koffiemachine dat gratis...

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...
