The staff were not there on arrival, and we were unable to book in using the electronic booking in system, and we had to wait for the receptionist to return in order to do so. The receptionst claimed that this was because we only reserved the room an hour ago. However, a gentleman who reserved his room 3 days before had the same issue. We were charged £2.50 for parking. I felt that this was unexceptable as the hotel owned the car park area. Totally unacceptable. The bedding, in my opinion, was a little tired, and grubby. "

"Great hotel with a great receptionist, very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, tidy and in keeping with the hotels luxurious theme. Parking was easy too. The bed was too comfortable that I overslept and missed breakfast."
