"The front lobby was under construction so there were two fold out tables in a hallway but no signage to say what it was. When I asked where the front desk was the person said “I am the front desk”. Construction closed down the pool area. I booked this hotel for the pool and there was no warning prior to arrival that the pool was closed. "We arrived in a room that was obviously used (hotel key cards on table, tv on) and ripped a part bug on the bed. I went down to the lobby and they said they took that room out of the system, but it still came up available. They gave us 2 breakfast coupons for my family of four. We didn't feel very safe and I wish I would have looked at The Graduate Hotel, closer to campus. This is a little bit of an uphill walk (10 minutes) to campus - there are other hotels closer."

"The location was easy to find and easy parking. The hotel was okay. Only one elevator working so that was a nuisance. The pool was cloudy and had a lot of debris floating in the water. My family only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I’m not sure I would stay at this location again."
