"Crazy screaming guy when we entered the lobby. Not the staffs fault, but just an intense way to start the stay. Hotel location was great. Breakfast area was a little small."

"The room was so clean and large!! The beds were comfortable! The staff in the gift shop and the front desk were so accommodating and very pleasant to talk to made us feel right at home!! The only complaint I have is when we went to ask the concierge where to get something to eat she never suggested the two restaurants at the hotel!! Instead we got lost looking for a restaurant and eventually ended up about five blocks away!! We would have rather ate there!!"

Additionally, the dryer in the guest laundry area did not fully dry my clothes, even after a complete cycle, and some items were still wet. Addressing these issues would improve the overall guest experience."
