It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. "メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。"

"Overall a very good property in a nice neighbourhood. The noise level at the surf apartment on the second floor esp in the bedroom closer to the street is higher than the other area. Communication with the host is unfulfilling as they have no WhatsApp. Given travellers like us may not have local numbers to make call and emailing may not be as real time, I strongly suggest the host to consider setting up WhatsApp or other instant messaging channel for easy communications. "
