Hotel berdekatan The Convict Trail

"I honestly struggle a little to understand the extremely high rating this B&B has. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are very private and spacious, and I personally love older properties with character. However, in this case it felt like some areas were not just old, but simply in need of better maintenance. For example, the grout and finishing in the bathroom were quite worn. To me, that’s less about the age of the building and more about general upkeep. The ladies at the property were absolutely...

"Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older"

"We attended a wedding at St Albans we stayed at the Royal Oaks we were very comfortable great place to stay."

"I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled ."

"Nice place, it’s actually one room in a large house. Toilet and shower are shared between a couple of rooms, it’s ambiguous in the room description. Still a decent price for the area. "

"Very comfortable room close to transport"

"Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. We raised our concerns but were simply told, "We are fully booked and can't change your...

"Staff were great.. most places closed on Thursday and Friday…stayed two nights….rooms not serviced, no facecloth, no dishcloth, shower door wouldn’t open outwards only inwards..bit difficult turning taps on…would be better to stay Saturday and Sunday when everything’s open"

"Some stain on the blanket. Friendly staff."

"Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks"

"This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

"Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar."

"Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money."

"All was good except for the shower, very poor water pressure which needs lots of improvement !"
