Great getaway

Lovely grounds, great location. "River view" rooms not actually "view", more like "aspect". Nice big pool, good BBQ facilities. It would be great if there was info in the room about local attractions, especially as the Wi-Fi wasn't great and there's no Vodafone reception in the valley.

Really appreciated the early check in … it gave me a long afternoon at the Beach … wish I had realised that Fat Pomelo was so close … the CaFe next door was great but Fat Pomelo looks like it is really special

Everything was lovely. Wipe benches due to ‘nature’ visitors when unattended as expected in bushy area. Rooms nice. Supermarket would be the only thing i avoid next time across the road. The staff were lovely but one of their elder workers (lady) was rude to us for sitting in their dining area as she was rushing around. We were there for disability respite and she definitely made us feel unwanted.

Place is absolutely amazing, I booked this place the night before and was surprised by all the amenities and the amazing kid friends pub across the road. I would have given 5 stars on everything, only problem I found was that the children’s pool, the bottom of it, paint? Comes off when you’re swimming around. Other than that it’s well thought out, at reception they have pool games that you can buy, goggles, food, wine, ice cream and even aerogard if needed. I would highly recommend this retreat and I will be back!

Great location and lovely accomodation.

Overall happy and complete with the stay. believe stay was wonderful, however with certain equipment ie microwave, mop, vacume not being in rooms is a bit of a burden having walk far to heat up a meal and not being able to clean things of floor. I undertand cleaners come around, but having a family there that equipment would do us good. Please also be specific with "No Smoking" instructions as it states not to smoke in unit or on premises and not in complex itself as complex also has other areas. Please make instructions more specific.

Clean and tidy rooms with great staff and amenitie

We booked this accommodation very least minute, which turns out it was even after the reception has closed for the night. We arrived very late and as reception was closed for the night had not been left any key or self check in keys. The night caretaker was extremely helpful in finding out booking and coming out in the rain to give us the keys and check us in. The room was clean and spacious and the resort looked great had it not been for the bad weather we would have enjoyed spending time by the pool and surrounds. Will definitely come back in better weather and enjoy everything properly.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was presented in a neat & clean condition. They accommodated our request for a late check-in. We had a minor hiccup on the first night when the bathroom door got locked from the inside & couldn't be opened. Lisa took care of it the next morning. Room service was completed at request. There's heaps of open space & amenities inside the property to keep the little ones engaged.The free wifi was unreliable & kept dropping out. The pool gates were locked after 5pm although on the property info section on expedia it says it will be open till 8pm. They slug you with a 1.5 percent credit card surcharge if you pay directly at the property, so best to pay online for your booking.
