The kid at the front desk did his best and as late as it was he was dealing with 10 or more guests checking in and having the same problems. We were flying out early so being delayed entry to our room wasted time. Do your job Hilton. Thanks "

The balcony was great for our quick breakfast and coffee in front of the ocean, The staff were very kind and smiley. We have not used the pool but the hot tub was a huge hit! "Hot tub was out of order. What is worse, those darn aircon units in the wall beside the bed. Constantly noisy fan and really noisy when the compressor comes on. Makes sleep difficult. "
