"The staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely. HOWEVER, as in so many hotels, the lighting is more decorative than functional. The closets are the size of a postage stamp and the bathroom is barely big enough to turn around in. It is an old, historic hotel, and it’s possible that city codes prevent modernization. There are many other hotels in that location where you would probably get more bang for your buck. "

"My girlfriend and I have stayed here a couple of times and love this place! The thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own on our most recent stay. It would jump up 5 degrees without either of us touching it."

"I enjoy my stay very much. Room was very clean and spacious. Being the first time there I didn’t know there were 2 hotels to the property. I would have liked to know this when I reserved. I didn’t know what entrance to go to. All and all I would go back. The restaurants were very good. "
