"We loved our stay here. Everything was lovely and an initial hiccup with the set up of the room was very quickly rectified. The location and facilities are perfect and there is a wonderful atmosphere in the place. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was in a good location for getting to UEA for an open day and was easy to get to from Sheffield. The staff were friendly and helpful and the main area was clean and well decorated. The room smelled a little damp when we arrived though the smell faded quite quickly. We found a good wrapper down the side of the sofa bed which wasn't great but the bedding and towels all seemed clean. The mattresses on both the bed and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable which was a shame and because of this I would not start at this girl again."

"The stay was wonderful everybody was so nice and friendly especially Martin, Karen and Rosie made our stay so nice. Wonderful staff but Martin Stone was our favourite. The only problem was the mattress was very soft and you could feel the springs."
