"Staff were incredibly nice. Beautiful new hotel. Managers were helpful, kind and worked really hard to ensure we were happy. Mama juju, who is often working in their boutique, but also helps hosting in the restaurant, is the absolute sweetest.Customer service was best at our hotel, and better than anywhere else on the island that we visited including at the Ritz. The gym is tiny but well equipped. Would highly recommend. "

"Beautiful resort, not enough staff. Room we stayed in had a 6 inch step up to the shower and toilet. Because I am not used to that I fell coming out of the toilet portion and broke my foot. Please beware if you get a room like this. Only one restaurant on property food is good but has limited menu."

"We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved...

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."
