"Stunning modern hotel with beautiful Japanese aesthetic and everything you could ever think of provided for. True white glove service with the concierge, room service, and included breakfast. Rooms were spacious, modern with heated floors, electric blinds, ease of use for wifi/tv/bluetooth speakers, and included mini bar is fully stocked with snacks and essentials. "Lots of add ons. My bathroom light wasn’t working when I called reception to tell them about it I was charged, I was also charged for using Wi-Fi even though I signed up for their membership program. Towels and linen were less than spotless, I found a few hairs that weren’t mine. Very impersonal, I won’t be visiting again."

"Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!"

"Smart, comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. Rooms are a good size compared to other hotels. Breakfast is okay but they struggle if you want a variation on the listed items (my wife just wanted toast which caused a bit of a flap but got sorted). Rooms don’t have bottled water but there is a water and ice machine on each floor. If your room is a long way from the lifts this can be a bit of a faff (but to be honest it’s a first world problem). Would stay here again."

"Breakfast was passable but not great. Continental but nothing to write home about. We skipped it most days - tons of excellent nearby options. The property seemed a bit dated, but was clean and functional. The suite was roomy with 2 double beds, a separate living area with a pull out couch, microwave and fridge and pod coffee machine. Plugs and USB charging were plentiful and a TV in both the bedroom and living area (old fashioned cable and on demand not a smart TV). Bathroom had a large mirror...
