"Needs a major upgrade. Poor heating due hardly being on and with insufficient window insulation. In fact sash windows can’t close so top of one window was stuffed with tissue. Had to improvise with a towel as the gap in middle needed blocking! General plumbing needs replacing as the smell wasn’t good and outside in the general area had air fresheners all over. Stairs and general decor is in poor condition. Big mistake not reading previous reviews 😡"

"Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount . "Room was okay . However the ensuite bathroom smelt mouldy and damp. We were put off using the shower. Also there was a glass shelf above the bathroom sink that made it difficult to lean over the sink to wash or clean your teeth with out banging your head."
