"Location,location,location. If you are in San Antonio to enjoy the riverwalk and downtown area the Drury Plaza is for you. There are 2 Drurys downtown make sure you select the Drury Plaza for great location. An old bank turned into a hotel you can walk out of the basement right onto the Riverwalk. Staff was very friendly and a good morning breakfast to start the day."

"The hotel and the staff are lovely. We were very unhappy with housekeeping. We were on the 10th floor and waited each day until 4 o’clock for our room to be cleaned. This to us was unacceptable. Also, we could tell that the bathroom counters and the large counter in the bedroom area had not been wiped down. And yes, we did tip her on the first day."

"Great location with access to both sides of the Riverwalk. Breakfast and Happy Hour were both great! This was our second stay. Only complaint is the parking charge. The price you pay per night to stay, parking should be included. "
