"We got to the property and their system was down. We were escorted to our room by a hostess to unlock the door. They couldn't give us room keys but said they would bring them when they were ready. Two hours later we had to call for the keys. They asked us to come get them. I told them no, someone needs to bring them like we were told they'd do. There were pubic hairs in the tub. We had two queen beds and they were extremely uncomfortable. They were very lumpy and hard. The floor would have been more comfortable. Out patio was very dirty. It needed a good pressure washing. The concrete was black. The pool was worse, the entire pool area was filthy. It made the bottom of my feet black. That definitely needs a good pressure washing. We go there every year and have never had any issues at all. It's very unfortunate that we had all these issues. Mostly we got zero sleep because of the uncomfortable beds. We will probably not be going back."

"Easy parking, easy to navigate the building. A basic breakfast selection but does the job! Room was spacious, bed was super comfy. Internet streaming access. Great pool area, but was lacking towels. Very menial complaints that were outweighed by all the pros that this property offered."
