"AC in room keep the room cool. Breakfast options were excellent."

"Elevator had something sticky inside that was eventually wiped but never fully cleaned. The hallways are HOT - no towels for the pool and an inadequate number of towels for guests in room with less than adequate customer service from the front desk. Room was comfortable and the AC worked in the second room. "

"The room was fairly clean. And the staff was not friendly nor were they welcoming. I've been in the hotel industry before as a housekeeping manager, and running the rest of the hotel. We also remained as the number one hotel in my town. It's all about effort. As for the shopping or stores being there aren't in walking distance if you are carless . "

"In Its' day this place was a showplace. It is still very nice with the largest lobby that I have seen maybe ever. The hotel is a bit tired. It will be a massive undertaking to bring it up to where it was in its prime. Bar was good. Food looked really good. Outdoor pool was large and clean. I paid a fair rate. It was a good value. "

"Jeff was star at reception desk! All down hill from there. No bar or restaurant, closed for spring break. Housekeeping never cleaned room, they just moved us to new room. Doubled charged us for parking."
