"Checking was a bit complicated, my reservation was showing up in Expedia but not on the Hotel website. Whole process took about 35-45 mins to get it corrected and checked in. Front desk person was very nice in trying to figure out what was going on, he kept me informed over the whole process."

One of the highlights was the comfortable beds, which made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the accommodating staff. "Overall, the stay was generally okay, but there were two notable issues. First, the floor had some grime, which is somewhat typical for a motel room but still noticeable. Second, the plumbing seems inactive for a while because when first turning on the shower or faucet, or after flushing the toilet, the water initially runs yellow-brown. Fortunately, it clears up and runs clean in less than a minute."

"Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing"

"From the outside appearance looked at pretty decent, but in the room I had mildew on the ceiling and dark spots in the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t clean properly. There were stains of goop in the carpet very unprofessional. I took pictures of most of it."
