Location feels safe, staff was very friendly. Breakfast bar… no matter where I go the food at free hotel buffet is about the same. Kind of just ok. But hey, it’s free. Beds and pillows are comfy. Towels… they give you plenty, but did not change them out… even the ones on the floor. No tidying up between days. Towels could be softer… kind of stiff. Some seats in dining area need to be recovered as they are peeling.

Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The HVAC was quiet and efficient. Only issue I had was the body wash dispenser was empty but that was remedied quickly once the management was made aware of it. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was traveling through the area and this was a great place to stop off the highway! The location was fairly easy to access and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. There were a lot of different options!

Decent and clean
Hotel was very clean. Nice size. That’s all I needed to lay my head down for a night on a road trip. I didn’t like the morning buffet so went to McDonald’s. I’d love to see improved buffet at these hotels but I did see people eating and they seemed to enjoy it. I personally was disinterested.

The only frustration we had was that there were only 2 towels. We arrived around 1am and would have liked to have had 2 more towels. At that time of the night, we did not want to have to hassle with calling down to get more towels. Other than that, our stay was great.

I always find it interesting when I look at the reviews that people post. There are some people who can't seem to grasp the concept of providing an objective review. This is an excellent property that is extremely well maintained and we had no problems whatsoever. I see some reviews where people will mark the property low just because there was maintenance being done on the pool let's say, or some other essentially negligible detail that causes them to rate a property poorly. Those of us who actually do use the reviews appreciate those people who take the time to provide an objective review. When we arrived, we tried to use the shower but realized that someone had previously used the shower rod as a trapeze. I stopped down at the front desk and mentioned this to them as the shower curtain would not fully stay on the shower rod. Within minutes, there was a maintenance person at the room to repair this. We had to leave briefly and when we returned, everything was back to normal and he had replaced all of the mounting hardware. To me, these are the things that truly judge the quality of a property. That being said, there are a number of properties in close proximity to this one, and I have not visited them. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quality place to stay in the area.

Room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The only thing disappointing about our stay was that the same breakfast was served each day. I was told later the reason was because the oven wasn't working and they were waiting for a replacement. The staff was amazing. They quickly realized that we enjoyed drinking coffee in the evening so they made sure to brew a fresh batch.
