"Had to contact the property to gain access in to the apartment. The guards seemed lost. When we finally received the code to go into the apartment the first thing we noticed was that the although there were air conditioners the remotes were missing so we had to contact the property again to which they replied the next day and had a remote brought over. Overall very nice. Cozy place to stay. "

"Sorry, I was not able to stay. I was only able to handle about 15 20 minutes and we left. don’t get me wrong. The place is nice. The room is nice but it’s missing the air conditioning. It was way too hot. It’s a shame that they spend all the money to remodel and no air conditioning. What’s up with that?"

"Excellent location. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Executive Lounge was excellent. Special recognition to Sara and Fernanda in the executive lounge who made our stay that much better. Excellent service. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was plenty and safe. I highly recommend and would be very happy staying here again."
