The apartments are an excellent value, the location is good if you are driving. We only walked a little so I can't rate it for someone without a car. Parking was secure and there was no trouble getting a space. The amenities were a little over represented. For example our apartment had a hot plate but no pans at all and there was no soap for the shower or coffee cups. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, the space was very comfortable for 2 people and the staff were very friendly.

Shower door was missing, we notified but nothing done, water was all over the floor as we took showers, trash from prior guest was still in the kitchen trash can. Bathroom need it to be clean.

I had a very disappointing stay at Morada Living. I did not receive the check-in instructions or the entry code in advance. I had to WhatsApp someone to gain access, and the whole process was not smooth or straightforward. The flat itself was extremely dirty. There was hair everywhere, behind the door, on the toilet, and in the shower. The sheets and towels were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no soap available, despite this being specified in the Expedia listing. There was also only one roll of toilet paper provided, and no extra could be found anywhere in the flat. Overall, the lack of communication and the poor level of cleanliness made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

Pasamos una estancia cómoda y agradable! Céntrica para las actividades que teníamos, el único contra que tengo es que para sus indicaciones de check in /registro en mi caso no fui contactada previamente y yo no los pude contactar por medio de los datos de la app ya que el número que proveen no me contestaban, sin embargo al llegar a la propiedad tenían mi registro y no hubo ningún contratiempo. Como tip el número de contacto úsenlo para WhatsApp, las llamadas no las atendieron, eso no especifica en la instrucción para check in. Así que quitando esa mala experiencia, recomiendo mucho el lugar, la terraza es muy agradable y con excelente servicio.

La habitación estaba limpia y es tal cual las fotos, el personal es bastante amable, nosotros llegamos en auto así que el hecho de que tengan estacionamiento privado, techado y con seguridad sin costo extra se agradece demasiado, el rooftop es bastante lindo y comdo y la comida y bebidas que ofrecen tienen buen sabor y a un muy buen precio, en general todo estuvo bien y volvería en la próxima ocasión.

Las habitaciones están en excelentes condiciones. Recomiendo asegurar durante el ckeck in que las habitaciones asignadas sean realmente las que se reservaron con anterioridad. Yo reservé dos habitaciones con sofá cama y solamente una contaba con las características y no hubo voluntad por parte del encargo en solucionar la situación. Las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones. Una lástima del servicio al cliente y falta de información clara durante el check in.
