"The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds were immaculate, very good gym on the property. The reception, bar and restaurant areas are 10/10. Two pool areas and the hotel has its own section on the beach. Rooms are very clean also. We had a very good experience at Labadi Beach Hotel and would definitely recommend and also return in the near future. Well done everyone, it was a joy to stay."

"My at the Boutique Hotel Chateau Nana Willine in Accra, Ghana, was truly memorable, thanks in large part to the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel genuinely welcome. Every staff member I encountered was extremely attentive, anticipating and responding to my needs. Their friendliness and professionalism created an atmosphere that made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was included in the cost. Each morning, I looked forward to a delicious and thoughtfully prepared meal. The quality of the food was good, with aabout five options that set a positive tone for the day. The hotel’s physical setting also contributed to its charm. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful space to unwind. Whether lounging by the water or in the common area, it was clear that great care had gone into creating an inviting environment. The rooms themselves were equally nice—air conditioned, clean, and very comfortable. Additionally, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security, which added an important sense of safety and relaxation throughout my stay. One of the only areas for improvement that I observed relates to in-room privacy. The room doors need bars so guests can secure them from inside, especially when they are sleeping and showering. Overall, I highly recommend CNW and would stay there again."

They mentioned that despite several attempts to contact Expedia to resolve the issue, they have not received any response and as a result, they no longer wish to accommodate guests who book through Expedia. I’m bringing this to your attention not only because it affected my stay but also because I am a host myself. If this issue is happening to others, it could easily happen to me in the future. I kindly urge Expedia to look into this matter and engage with the property to settle any outstanding payments. Let’s work together to improve this experience for both guests and hosts. Thanks."
