"Booking and reservation is unAccommodating to tourists and visitors with unplanned changes to their itinerary. Booked for several nights and had to cancel within an hour of the initial booking; they wouldn’t refund me for my reservation. They charged me full price $1900 for nights I didn’t get to use. "

"The apartment was very clean. The apartment team member was nice. The only issue was the WiFi only worked for about an hour of our stay and the tv service was not working. So we had no entertainment but we were only there for one night. But overall the apartment was great."
