"William was very helpful although I wasn’t pleased with his “uber service” and the forex bureau rate. Regardless, he was very helpful and supportive. Thank you, Helena, Margaret, and the young lady who cleaned upstairs. You were all fantastic helping me deal with my ailing mother. To the restaurant staff, you were great! Especially the gentleman at the reception who heated our food and made sure my mum always had enough to eat. Without your kind gesture, I wouldn’t have been able to take care of my mother in Ghana. Anytime I need to ask for something, she’s always available for me. The room cleaners were so polite, friendly and lovely. I will choose this place million times. Becky and her team are the best. The security guys also gave an excellent and exceptional service. These guys would not even allow me to carry my own stuff. They always carry my stuff to the elevator door regardless of how heavy it is. Best experience ever in my life. I have been at the property before and had an awesome experience but this visit’s experience was a top notch. Am already missing the the place. I love ❤️ Becky and her team. "Great area in the heart of Accra with excellent service. The only concern is Expedia should incorporate the contact number of the agent that has to be called to assist in check in. Reaching the hotel before a you learn that you have to contact Expedia for an agent to assist you to check in is not helpful; very frustrating especially when the agent’s phone is off. That was my experience but above all, I had an excellent stay."
