"The hotel is lovely and the staff very nice and helpful. The only iss is the noise. Ask for a room on the top floor or prepare for serious noise from the floor above. The floors are hardwood so there is no sound buffer between them. Hotel needs to address this."

"I stay every time I am in Bend for work. As a women traveling alone I feel safe & comfortable. The room is comfortable and cozy and nothing like the sound & view of the river view room. All the amenities are wonderful as well. I love the gym, bar, restaurant & snacks/ coffee in the lobby. It is such a peaceful stay. "

"This is an older property. Clean enough. Shower/tub has a low ceiling and feels cave like. Hot water and water pressure was good. Bathroom heater/light/fan worked well. Bed was comfortable any there were a variety of pillow types on the bed. The bed covering was light I woke up in the night very cold.
For a one night stop over to sleep it was fine. Wouldn’t want to stay longer. "

"Stayed in the Timber Chalet 2 nights. Nic, the host, was wonderful and very accommodating. Keycode sent to me for easy check-in. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Loved the log bed! Was very comfy and slept great!! Really enjoyed the whole coffee beans! Grinder provided and the cutest coffee mugs! I had to buy one!☕
The stars at night were amazing! The morning sunrise with a hot cup of coffee on the front deck was so enjoyable☕ The canyon views were breathtaking! The price for 2 nights was very affordable. Had a very relaxing and quiet stay. I will definitely be back!! 🤠"
