Nice place. Quiet, clean, nice view. Only 2 suggestions - both first world problems so not deal-breakers. The outside chairs are just plain stupid. Avant-garde and absolutely useless but I just carried a kitchen chair out. Coffeemaker also avant-garde and rather impractical, but usable.

Modern, new, extremely well appointed, Immaculate. Landscaping nicely done. View from our room was pretty great of the ridge and hills. Best if you bring your own food as there are no good dining choices close by. Recommend having an indoor entrance mat( we arrived in the rain and no where to wipe our feet and then remove shoes.) Recommend having a shower mat- for outside shower. Easy check in.

This place was amazing overall. I would have given it 5 stars, but the customer service from the woman who answered the phone was disappointing. Whenever I called with questions, she was consistently short with me and occasionally came across as sarcastic. It often felt like being polite was an inconvenience. I understand that everyone can have an off day, so if it had only been my experience, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it in a review. However, during my stay, a firefighter who was there for training was trying to check in and ran into a simple misunderstanding. I helped him get in contact with the office using my phone, and unfortunately, the woman was very rude to him as well. Considering these firefighters are training in preparation for the potentially severe wildfire season ahead, I was honestly surprised by her tone and the way she handled the situation. The issue was eventually resolved, but the interaction left a bad impression and took away from what was otherwise a great experience. On a positive note, the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and informative. Overall, the facility itself was excellent, but the customer service from the woman answering the phone kept me from giving a full 5-star rating.

I will not return. I will start with the positive. The basics were covered: the kitchenette was well appointed, the beds comfortable and the view lovely.There were some nice touches: a sign greeting us with a jar of hard candy beside it, a coffee grinder & whole bean coffee for breakfast and tall windows overlooking a lovely high desert landscape. But the negatives abounded. The modern "cabin" was minimally comfortable. First, the concrete floors were icy cold and without rugs to break up the chill. Next, there were not enough towels for 2 people and the towels that were provided were cheap and small. The container holding the silverware was flaking it's paint or coating, creating the danger of food contanination.The grounds were cramped, restrictive and certainly not dog friendly as was listed on Expedia.

Stayed in the Timber Chalet 2 nights. Nic, the host, was wonderful and very accommodating. Keycode sent to me for easy check-in. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Loved the log bed! Was very comfy and slept great!! Really enjoyed the whole coffee beans! Grinder provided and the cutest coffee mugs! I had to buy one!☕ The stars at night were amazing! The morning sunrise with a hot cup of coffee on the front deck was so enjoyable☕ The canyon views were breathtaking! The price for 2 nights was very affordable. Had a very relaxing and quiet stay. I will definitely be back!! 🤠

Lovely cabin! The cabins are quite new and modern. The beds were cozy, the huge sliding glass door to the private porch was wonderful. The morning sunshine was therapeutic! Cute touches with welcome candy jar and pour over “coffee maker”. We will come again!

Everything was great, both the Chalet and the Sagebrush collection are well priced, wonderful places to stay over multiple days. Super comfortable to stay in the off season. Way better than any hotel in Central Oregon. Would definitely come back in future visits for longer stays.
