"Such a great stay for our trip to Smith Rock! The urth was so clean, fresh, and warm for our arrival late in the evening. Shower was hot and the bed was soo comfy after a day of hiking. We slept so well with the window open and the air smelling of juniper and sage. We went out for dinner at the nearby Sandbaggers bar and had breakfast there the next morning. Such a fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable, five stars!!"

"Honestly, I typically love Best Western, but I had a horrible experience. I ALWAYS book through Expedia and they are absolutely wonderful. However, I did not get the room I booked, and got an ADA accessible room. It would have been fine, if I could fit under the shower head, and if the entire room didn’t reek of mold. I asked the staff if I could be switched and he said “there is nothing I can do, rooms booked through third parties are non-negotiable.” Which I know to be a lie, as I have...

The caulking around the trim and tub in the bathroom is all cracked and would be impossible to clean properly Late evening the heating unit started rattling which eventually got to a loud banging that was so bad we had to turn it off completely. Air temperature in Madras dropped to 28 degrees. We talked to the manager about the issue who told us we should have notified the office when it happened...2:30 AM! We were tired from a day on the road and leaving...
