"The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a difficult time because teacher's protesting on surrounded street, but the staff was always attentive to help and solve any of our problems. I highly recommended this place."

"The staff at the hotel was wonderful and they were always friendly and willing to offer assistance. The hotel is beautiful and directly in the historic city center. The free breakfast was delicious and so was the restaurant. Loved the hotel! Expedia should have notified us that there was a huge protest (with noise) out in front of the hotel and the Zocolo was closed to access. The Zocolo was one of the main reasons we stayed in this area, so we were disappointed. "

"Lo que no me gustó es que el día que llegamos no había manera de entrar al estacionamiento del hotel, ni caminando con libertad y todo porque estaba la manifestación de maestros exactamente en la entrada del hotel y en toda la avenida así que cada vez que queríamos salir y entrar teníamos que pasar por un caminito por debajo de todas las carpas, lonas, etc cargando maletas 😖 y si el hotel ya sabía eso antes de que llegáramos por qué no se comunicaron si tenía mi información teléfono etc para...

"It is very close to the metro station of Pino Suarez, so it’s in a good location. The hotel cleaning staff is great and clean super well!"

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"Breakfast was lovely, and the view from the salon very interesting. Room was ample, although it didn’t have the extra bed the title suggested. Staff was attentive, but they missed a couple of minor things. Would stay again, though."

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"Excelente ubicación y gran relación calidad-precio. El hotel está en pleno centro de la ciudad, lo que facilita muchísimo desplazarse a todos lados. Aunque la habitación era algo chica, siempre estuvo impecable y muy limpia. El personal fue excelente, muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, una gran opción económica y cómoda. ¡Totalmente recomendado!"
