Very overpriced for the facility
The hotel is historic, clean, opulent, and has a nice hot spring spa but not worth that much money for sure. Rooms are small and have either no balconies or token balconies with parking lot views. Even the "suite" that we got was just a larger room. Dinner which was included in the price was a buffet of average quality. They charge extra for most drinks including dinner Turkish coffee and breakfast tea which is surprising. A nearby resort of comparable quality and amenities charges half the price for rooms that are twice as big with large mountain view balconies. Not coming back.

Best but needs to keep up
This is by far the best spa hotel in the region, no competition but itself. It used to be much nicer, I dont know if it is the effect of pandemy or economic crisis but it is losing sone qualities. To name a few, spa area, where you are supposed to have a massage and relax, is flooded by kids like a kids resort. The restaurant is the weakest link, food is below price value and expectations and the service is meh. Not all negative, the room and spa were clean, we had a great massage and staff mostly very friendly. I hope they rebound soon from the effects of 2020 and get back to their standards.

Brilliant spa but overheated rooms and dismal food
A lovely building in a very nice area, the spa is excellent (including the massages done by Indonesian girls, try a combo including hot stones). The rooms are horrendously overheated though with no way to adjust temperature (opening windows does not help). The breakfast and dinner are dismal by Turkish standards (way too oily and heavy), served in a nice restaurant through.

the hotel is amazing in everything except that they have no iron and thoer laundry is very expensive. Also, they dont have a concierge to help tourist in places to visit and help them.

It was a very calm and nice place
Good hotel nice and calm, good location, good reastaurant, amazing food, nice tables and seats in the cafe, clean hotel however, gym is very small and extreamly bad, spa not good, staff are nice except one guy in the reception he is the only one wearing jacket he is very rude, we book suite and they gave us small rome then after we talk to them they change it, no tea or coffe in the room, i paid 1800 $ for 4 nights but it is really too much for their facilities and will never come back again,

One of the best in the world
someone has said it is the one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. I did not believe that, especially in a small village like Termal. After staying in this hotel, I ensure you that this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. You would feel that you are staying in a palace. We extended our staying 3 times. Try their thermal pool. The water comes at 63C from the ground and they reduced the temp. to 37C to be suitable for the swimmers. I highly recommend this hotel
