"The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. "Ons Hollywood Mirage has a superb and welcoming staff that provides excellent service. The food and amenities are great. I stayed in both the one bedroom apartment, which I really loved, and a studio apartment; both were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near the top of a mountain. Within minutes, I would walk along the mountain’s path. My balcony provided spectacular views of Los Cristiano’s coastline. "
