"Hotel Phoenix was a great stay from start to finish. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. The small touches in the room really stood out—they thought of the little things that actually make a difference. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really great food that exceeded expectations. On top of that, the customer service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Would definitely stay again."

"what I liked was the location of the property despite the Strip Club adjacent to the property. I liked the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish I had known about the additional entrance to the hotel garage. the main entrance was very crowded and sometimes hectic. the traffic line to get in the garage was backed up most times."

"The staff was kind and accommodating, for the most part I called a week ahead of time to let them know I will need an early check-in. They said I should be all set and it will be an additional $25 charge when I arrive, but when I finally flew in ahead of check-in I was told I couldn't. That's neither here nor there but when I am finally able to check-in they take a $150 damage deposit. I finally get into the room and the room reeks of cigarettes. I find cracks in the shower wall, gap in the door frame, hole punched into the side of the bathroom door, some black stains on the pillows and sheets, an air conditioner that makes a lot of noise but barely cools anything, and the WiFi was unstable. I wound up just using my data the whole stay. I found the staff accommodating for the most part, but the property itself needs work."
