"The hotel is not a luxury venue, but is centrally located. 15 minutes from downtown Tampa and 20 minutes or so from its most iconic locations or tourist destinations. And, the continental breakfast is really good and the staff nice and professional. Rooms are extremely clean and the good size swimming pool is well kept. Parking is so close to your room you can practically watch your vehicle from your window. Additionally, having an IHOP across the parking is a plus."

"The hotel itself was clean and the staff helpful. The location of the hotel is not in the best location and a bit sketchy of an area. I wasn’t comfortable coming in and out of the hotel alone. They allow the food delivery services in the elevator and to access entire hotel, they don’t require food deliveries to be left in lobby or remain in lobby until the guest can meet them. I would try to find another hotel next time I’m in town."

"Great hotel. I would definitely stay there again. There was a small lizard in my bathroom; however, the engineer was sent to my room quickly to solve the issue. All of my needs were met in a timely manner. Lights did go out for about 6 hours during my stay due to a storm; however, they were on once I returned. Highly recommend!"

"Location to Mid Florida Ampitheater and fairgrounds is great. Room was super clean and property seems to be newer. A little noisy as it's close to busy street. Shower not hot at at all at 730 pm, but was hot the next morning. Had to go to front desk for regualar coffee in room. Double expresso latte was $10 in lobby cafe. That's more than Starbucks. Breakfst available for purchase was very limited."

"Terrible experience avoid property at all cost and don't go there. They did not clean up our room during our whole 3 night stay. We arrived at 11pm after a while family day out and asked for clean towels (since they did not clean our room) and the rude front lady told us they where out of clean towels and we should have go and ask for them earlier. I ask her if she could go and getus some from an unoccupied room she said no she was not going to. I asked why they did not clean our room and she...

"Our first attempt at check-in was with a less than helpful person. She was kind but I had to drag all the information out of her. Not helpful. The place is a maze designed to force you through the casino. The smoke free casino is isolated, so everywhere you walk is through heavy odor of cigarette or cigar smoke.
