"Downstairs sofa bed was less than comfortable could nor find comfortable position due to lumpy mattress spring but otherwise the room ambience and bed upstairs , bathroom, as well as restaurant were excellent"

"We stayed only one night at The Hermitage Our room was in the new wing and really lovely- beautiful quality carpet, fixtures and fittings. Bathroom was gorgeous as was the linen. Fabulous view of the mountain and beautiful natural bush landscape. Restaurant and bar also very good. Wish we had time to extend our stay."

"the location of the hotel is perfect, it is the closest one to the lake and the room have nice lake view. It have nice security system to protect our items. The service of the reception is really good. When we found the dryer in the laundry room is not working,they help us to get refund on the fees we pay. Yes,they have a 24 hours laundry room.but one of the dryer machine is not working,so we can only report it in the next morning."
