The staff were accommodating in holding our luggage until checkin, however, we did struggle with communication even with using a translator app. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. "

"Few minutes walk from Train station. A bit small room but manageable. All staff was accommodating and speaks English. Breakfast was good and if you can get breakfast they will give you a voucher to get something from Tokyo Station. I will definitely come back here again."
