"Our room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The decor and feel of the room is totally Antigua Guatemala. We had a noise problem with the room and the hotel management went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were totally satisfied with the quick response and resolution. "

"This hotel stands out in Panajachel due to its modern conveniences, spacious rooms, with nice views and balconies. The pool area is great to relax whether you have kids playing in one end of the pool or adults in the other area. There also two hot tubs that operate on a reservation system. The hot tubs do appear older and need some tiles to be replaced and the water is not too hot but still relaxing for the cooler afternoons and evenings. The hotel restaurant was nice and convenient if you don’t want to venture out into the town. Location great right by the lake to take tours."

"The property looks exactly like the pictures - so no scam here. Very cute hotel, far enough from the central area to be quiet, and close enough that everywhere is easily reachable within a few minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly overall. The only reason I deducted one star is that the AC would not go below 18°C, so if you’re a cold sleeper, this might be tough."
