"Café da manhã bom. Banheiro do quarto que ocupamos era excelente, bem equipado e espaçosos. O hotel fica afastado do centro turístico, mas perto de ponto de ônibus que leva ao metro."

"Water in bathroom had to call in no plumber for two days no according to representative . Limited supply of towels. 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in."

"Wasn't easy to gain access as I had to contact the owner directly. Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. The apartment itself was pleasant, although the wifi was not very good. Ended up mostly using my own data."
