"This hotel is located in the Affori neighbourhood which is about 5km from city centre, but it's very close to the metro where you can take the M3 line to go sightseeing. My room was comfortable - the air conditioning really helped as the few days I was in Milan were very warm! "The hotel claims 4 star, sadly it may have been 4 star 20 years ago but not now, it’s tired and dated. The toilet flush did not work properly and had to be fixed, the bathroom door was rubbing against the floor. Staff were helpful, breakfast ok. It’s about 15 minutes walk from the nearest station which was a bit of trek in wet conditions but that’s my problem. It’s a bit far from central Milan, more a residential area that you might prefer."
