Our server Marahil (sorry not sure on the spelling from memory) was more than helpful (nothing was too much considering how busy they were) and it was a nice touch that the breakfast plates were hot keeping my food warmer for longer. The staff were very professional and there were plenty around if you needed anything. The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. I have stayed here previously and would definitely repeat my stay. "
