"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return. "

Nous avons séjourné ici pour notre dernière nuit au Vietnam après avoir voyagé pendant 3 semaines et c'était un vrai régal. "Excellent hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent, good gym, pool, tennis courts and a drive range. The walk in to the old quarter and other local attractions is pretty straight forward. Takes about 20-30 mins, taxis cost buttons and take about 10-15 mins. Friendly staff and very helpful. Pricier than other hotels but it’s got the luxury feel about it at a very reasonable price. "

"This is a great property located a bit away from the city center but easily accessed with a taxi. Good breakfast spread, clean rooms, courteous staff and all the amenities you could need - highly recommended for solo or family travel. Would definitely be back! "

"Chị Hoa lễ tân rất nhiệt tình, vì có bé nhỏ nên c giúp gia đình mình có phòng luôn dù mình check in sớm. C cũng tư vấn đặt chỗ trên bar xem máy bay tổng duyệt. Các bạn nhân viên trên bar rất tuyệt vời và nhiệt tình. Khung cảnh thì đẹp khỏi bàn rồi. Bathtub có chút vấn đề vì nước chỉ chảy qua vòi hoa sen chứ không từ vòi của bathtub. "

"Great apartment clean.lake is right in front but a distance from old town. A lot of up and coming food places but they close down for strong rain storms. Must use grab or have scooter to get around."
