"Great hotel Have stayed here 3 times Great buffet breakfast and lovely evening meal at the on site restaurant On site parking so handy Out of town but an easy drive or bus ride into town Very handy for the airport and M5 There is a Tesco extra off to the right of the hotel about a 10-15 mins walk walk 5 min drive Rooms are clean and great beds Tea and coffee facilities are in the hall Lovely lounge downstairs to relax in Great tv facilities"

"This unique hotel had us ohhing and ahhing as soon as we arrived! From the unique style of the exterior to the sweeping stairs and homely feel we were excited to see our rooms. We were not disappointed. A huge comfy and cosy bed awaited with crisp white sheets and a well appointed bathroom with a shower and a free-standing bath tub. Everything was clean and fresh with beautiful toiletries and fluffy towels provided. Our dog was also welcome (as long as you let them know in advance!) We did opt for breakfast, a beautiful continental buffet all homemade or locally sourced with coffee, tea and juice etc. staff were super friendly and helpful. The resident doggy is also gorgeous you can meet him in the garden along with peacocks and chickens."

"Room was a bit small for four people but we managed for two nights. The pool access is quite restrictive, as families have to book a half hour slot in advance and can use only half on the pool but we were lucky enough to get the slots we wanted. Kids got a free treat, which was thoughtful and the buffet breakfast was tasty, plentiful and had a good range."

"There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty."
