Terrible hotel

This hotel is run very run down and service not great. You also have to pay several fees once you get the hotel. For example, you have to pay 25 euros or. day to use the sun chairs at the beach which belongs to the hotel. AND if you want to lay on the grass on sun chairs you have to pay additional 25 euros or. day. Never before did we have to pay to use hotel furniture. The pool has very limited opening hours and there are no sun chairs by the pool. So while your kids are swimming you get to sit in a plastic chair. We brought a dog and saw on the website that the fee was 10 euros per night. But when checking out we were charged 20 per night. The first night we arrived we discovered that the a/c in the room did not work. Next morning when we asked the lady at the reception to look at it she just said “the people before you did not complain about the a/c”. Hmmm. Eventually they did agree for us to move to another room but not without asking several times. So, not much great to be said about this hotel. It was the most expensive we stayed during our three week vacation in Italy and by far the worst.

Ingen värme eller trevligt mottagande. Inga handdukar på rummet och aircon fick man säga till för att dem skulle sättas igång. Allmänt ödsligt mycket få gäster. Vi frågade om närbutik och blev hänvisade till en men den var stäng hela veckan.

Albergo confortevole, ottimo per vacanze di riposo

La buona organizzazione dell'albergo e la spiaggia sempre un po' ventilata rendono il soggiorno piacevole e riposante. Separato dalla spiaggia da un ampio giardino attrezzato e dalle piscine, non si avverte mai il caldo asfissiante che di solito affligge le vacanze al mare.

Litt slitt rundt og delvis på hotellet, men ok og store rom (familie) Veldig bra restaurant! Ligger dog på et noe kjedelig område hvor ikke mye er i gåavstand. Vel mye "charter-følelse" på hotellet, men det er greit når man har små barn.

Buonissima la posizione, l'hotel si trova in un consorzio residenziale ottima anche la spiaggia e la piscina, un po meno le camere a mio avviso avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturata. Molto carina la ragazza alla reception e il personale del ristorante, un pochino meno preparati quelli del bar sulla spiaggia.

En dags opphold

Hotellet ble valgt pga beliggenheten, nærheten til stranden og svømmebasseng. Vi fikk et familierom som var stort, og hadde egen terrasse. Men det var veldig slitt, og det var uheldigvis mye maur på rommet. Selv om hotellet hadde egne solsenger så måtte vi betale for å bruke disse. Bassenget kunne vi heller ikke bruke da vi måtte ha egne badehetter. Da vi spurte om hvor vi kunne få kjøpt slike, var de lite hjelpsomme. Frokosten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Vi hadde forventet mer til denne prisen.

The place was filthy and falling apart. We stayed for an hour and left. The lady at reception was very nice. The facility's were in a state of disrepair to such a state that I was concerned that my chair was going to collapse, the carpets were disgusting, air con didn't work, toilet seat was broken, light fittings broken, the list could go on. The food was frozen and heated in a microwave by someone that had no idea what they were doing, it was warm in places and cold in others, it went to the bin after 2 spoonfuls. I was happy to pay the 100 euros just to be out of there. A cross between Benidorm and faulty towers, it might be funny on tv but in reality you would be better off sleeping in a bus shelter.

Lavoro da anni con hotel a 4 e 5 stelle, non ho mai visto un hotel a 4 stelle in quelle condizioni. Mi chiedo chi attribuisce le stelle a queste strutture. Prima colazione servita in bicchieri di plastica e limitata solo in pochissimi prodotti. Peccato con una posizione cosi' strategica, ma i proprietari si sbrigassero a dare una ripulita.........
