For family, go for 2 bedroom suite, it is spacious, quiet and easy access to playground. This hotel is on top of a shopping complex and the shopping options are nice and cheap. Also ground level of this property has many food options including a pizza. Walking distance are more food options including Indian vegeterian and a small night market.

Very hard to find the hotel. No obvious sign around the building. Must put more sign or bigger around all corner. Very difficult to find your entrance.

Room is spacious and it is in the middle of town where all facilities are present just a walkable distance. Food was good. Staff were very kind and professional. Pleasant and good experience.

Overall quite good. Rooms fairly clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast could be improved...quite basic for stature of hotel. Location is very good as near to food and amenities (and you avoid the traffic from tanah rata to kea farm which is very frustrating)

I like the location. The amenities in the room is not maintained well e.g. shower head is broken. There wasn't any plates and utensils for a room with a kitchen sink.

It was a very comfortable place for me and my husband! Everything was really fine! The receptionist staff were all friendly and helpful. As well as the kitchen staff. They help us on getting the table for our breakfast since there is no table left for us. They are all so concerned.

So many times stay at this hotel . - Not so clean at certain place . Especially the bathroom . - The breakfast getting worse . Not much choices .

Like : Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the balcony a lot as it comes with amazing view! The breakfast spread came with a good selection of local and western dishes. Dislike : The hot water unfortunately ran out quite fast while we were showering

The location of the hotel is good. The employees lack training and hotel business skills. The cleanliness of the room is bad although it’s a fairly comfortable hotel. Badly managed and badly kept in terms Of house keeping. Although we have raised the issue to clean the room where we doing cigarette ashes as per the picture it was still the same.

The hotel is well located within a 5-minutes walk to the bus terminal & taxi office of Tanah Rata. It's also located right in the mall so self-service laundry, food and amenities are all easily accessed from the hotel. The room we had has a beautiful view into the mountains, just remember that you will need to either have a tour or taxi driver to move around Cameron Highlands. It's our first-time in Cameron Highlands but definitely recommended stay!

Heather sometimes hot sometimes cold ~~~I was help my 3 yrs old kid bath that time !! Should improve about this , and we are not the first time staying here . But facing the same issue !

the only good point is the size of the room n complimentary car park. Breakfast selection is limited n average. Tv program is also limited. No tissue paper in the room except toilet roll . Bring your own body wash as they only provide soap n shampoo. Can hear dog barking , motorcycles n even when people pass by your door. Booked 3 rooms with specific names n bed setting but they disregard it and anyhow assigned. Told us to sort out ourselves when told with no apology. When checked out , normally staff will assure deposit on hold will be cancelled n some will tear the charge slip but this one does not offer any info n I had to ask.

Location is good as it’s in Tana Ratah town area which has many shops and eateries. Room condition is disappointing. Lid of toilet cannot be kept open because it was broken and have to wait for a while to use hotwater

Very good hotel with sizable rooms. The living room is fantastic and the kids like the playground too. The hotel is very near to eating amenities and there is also a laundry nearby. Parking is plenty at basement of the building.

I strongly suggest deep cleaning for the fabrics of the divan and couch in the studio. Very unpleasant odor I must say! Breakfast choices would have been better I think. Overall, the location of the hotel is good, within walking distance to the eateries around.
