The room was nice. I like the free breakfast every morning. I went to the farmers market and they had free shuttle and they also took me to catch the train to go back home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

All of the staff were very good to us, but Miguel, the cruise port shuttle driver, was incredibly good to us. He went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and was very helpful and kind. Was a highlight of our trip for sure, and if you stay here be sure to take advantage of the shuttle service.

I loved the location and how clean the hotel is but I didn't like the parking there is hardly nowhere to park at the hotel and you have to pay even if you are booked there $30 which i think is insane parking should be free

Hampton Inn Ybor is the perfect place to stay to be close to the cruise terminal. They offer free breakfast and a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The building itself was well managed and clean but it couldn't get away from the rooms with musty carpets and or cigar odors. We switched rooms twice I didn't know that Ybor was an old cigar manufacturing district. Also going out to dinner was a very noisy experience. Every restaurant/club had blaring loud music, even the outdoor spaces were too loud. We were grateful the hotel was quiet and we're able to get a good night's rest before our trip.

This is by far one of the best staffed and most well run properties that my wife and I have stayed at in FL. 1 block from the trolley (the staff walked us right to it instead of pointing). Free port shuttle (tip my guy). We will be staying here again our next visit vs the downtown hotels given the proximity to the Trolley and the awesome staff.
