"The room was clean, Everything worked well in the room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely delicious and worth a 5 star rating. Big enough parking lot, plus they had a jet ski rental place in the parking lot, how cool. Definitely wanna stay here again, worth the money! We flew to Florida and chose this place!"

"Other than the front desk/reception staff, we found the hotel staff exceptionally friendly and professional. We arrived for checkin a few minutes after 4pm. We were told our room was not yet available, and that they didn't have an estimated time of when it would be ready. We explained that we had an event that we needed to attend at 5pm, and that we needed to get ready. The receptionist responded that there was nothing that she could do about it. She didn't express any remorse or apologize for the inconvenience. We found this surprising. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. She stated that, once we received a text from the hotel, we needed to get back into the line that we had waited in already to check in the first time. We did not receive a text. At 4:45pm, after standing next to the receptionist desk for thirty minutes, I got back into the line and asked again about a room. We were then told that our room was then ready. We were late for our event."
