The breakfast was plenty, the staff – friendly, location – perfect. The indoor Dead Sea water pool is too tight and its hall is too constraint and uncomfortable.

a bit overpriced, but nice
It was ok, but they price was very expensive and hotel charged additional 17% tax because we had Israeli citizenship. The salty pool was really good! Food is not too bad!

Very nice hotel as 4 stars. Food was good and the beds were fine. Washroom can be updated. the salty pool is very nice and clean. They can add services for handicap people to get to the beach. It’s too far for old people to walk.

Together But Separate :)
Although we were traveling with married children and grandchildren, we found ourselves staying on the spa side of the hotel, which did not allow children, gave us a later breakfast to enjoy peacefully. Room was all right - it was in a corner by the elevator, but not too noisy.

Good location across the road from the dead sea. Pool and saunas were nice however they could be cleaner. Guest should be more considerate to others by not leaving their used cups and tissues in the saunas. Room was nice and pretty clean. Nice view. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

The Prima hotels are adequate but are in need of renovation. As with most of the discount price hotels in Israel it caters primarily to Russians so if you don't speak Russian or Hebrew your communication will be hit or miss as few here are fluent in English. The staff was nice enough but clueless about the properties services and amenities. One even made up a fib to cover their ignorance. Our stay in the area was nice, but the hotel was disapointing.

There are absolutely no complaints about the team and the conditions that they were able to create! Check-in and check-out, house keeping and the breakfast - all is perfect! The problem is that they got the old building, which needs updating...This is especially true for corridors on floors with their old carpet.

Went with my partner, hotel is not worth the money at all, was promised many times a gift for our anniversary and never got even after asking a few times and said they would take care of it.

The carpet and bathroom was super dirty, the pictures on Expedia looks much better then the actual thing. The bathroom looked like it was on repairs. The sheets, the beds and all the dirt other looks damaged.

Nice night on the Dead Sea
We enjoyed staying at this hotel for one night on the Dead Sea. Although an older property, it is pretty well kept and the lobby has recently been refurbished. However our son did complain that the air conditioning ran very loud in his room which adjoined ours. He also could not get on a treadmill in the fitness center because both were taken. The staff tried to be helpful to answer our questions about the area and the buffet breakfast and dinner were fine. We did a half board when we stayed there.

This hotel is very old and not well maintained. From the moment we got off the elevator to go to our room, the place smelled old, musty and full of mildew. The carpet in our room was black with dirt and looked 20 years old. Comforter and towels had stains. The floors on the main level were constantly wet with a lot of people slipping. Spend the extra money and stay at another hotel in the area.

The hotel is decent, but dated. I think it's wrongfully marked as a 4 star hotel. The service is just not there. And it's dated. Food wise it was excellent! It does have a nice spa and outside pool.

Very old hotel with dirty carpets and rooms. Would be red tagged in the US for probably lead paint in the wall paint and electrical issues (power going out). Staff was unfriendly. This was my 3 trip to the Dead Sea and feels like no improvements in 10 years. ***Breakfast buffet was excellent and the Taj Majal restaurant nearby was a welcome relief.
